The purpose of the MYSTIC ISLAND COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION, otherwise known as the MICA CLUB, INC., is to maintain and operate for the benefit of the Members, Community, Clubhouse, Bar and all other facilities; to invoke the Rules and Regulations, and for the use of these facilities for the members and invited guests of the members.
